A different Nativity Scene
Christmas is here!!! And within the Comenius project and our workshop on recycling we have decided to make a Nativity Scene with paper, plastic, tops, cork.... We don’t know if you will like or not, but you can't deny it is original!!!!!

The European Union
This week the students in 4th year have attended a lecture on the European Union.It was given by Hugo from REINE (Red Extremeña de Instituciones de Información Europea). We have learnt lots of things about it, as its origins, the history of our common currency and the future of Europe. Will we be all together soon?

What do you know about...?
In order to know our partners, we have done some webquests. Students will look for the answers in the web. Here you have some examples: Where is Yalova? Which is the Romanian currency? Which is the capital of Sweden?... Let's start. What do you know about...? (click on each country)

Classes will be decorated with posters of each country and participants in any competition will take the names from “their country”

Comenius Corner
In our High School we have reserved a special place for the Comenius Project: It’s the “Comenius Corner”.
In this way we can see the last news and the pictures of the trips. Here we can see some from the last trip to Turkey. Our teachers say it was just great!!! We are looking forward to receiving all our visitors here!
Trip to Turkey
From the 24th to 31st October four teachers travelled to Yalova, Turkey. Turkish hospitality is not a myth but a real fact. Romanians, Polish, British, Swedish and us enjoyed our stay together in this wonderful country. We had some meetings and visited marvellous places like Iznik and Istanbul. This is a short presentation of the visit:

We are comenius
This year we start a Comenius project where seven Secondary Schools from six countries will work together. Sweden, Poland, Turkey, Romania, United Kingdom and Spain will be closer during the next two years. Do you want to take part?????

Preparandonos para la visita de nuestros compañer@s europeos
Ya estamos deseando que vengáis chic@s. Estamos preparando las clases para que os sintáis más comodos aquí. Algunos profesores viajarán a vuestros países para presentar el instituto y presentarnos a nosotr@s, a través de un video que hemos realizado los alumnos de 4º ESO y 1º de Bachillerato.
