Europe day
Did you know that on 9 May 1950 the first move was made towards the creation of what is now known as the European Union??
In Paris that day, against the background of the threat of a Third World War engulfing the whole of Europe, the French Foreign Minister Robert Schuman read to the international press a declaration calling France, Germany and other European countries to pool together their coal and steel production as "the first concrete foundation of a European federation".
From that moment till the XXI European Union, a lot of efforts have been made. So let's celebrate we are together!

Comenius Week
From 2-9 May our School, as many all around Europe, will celebrate the "Comenius week". It’s a chance to show the world how taking part in a Comenius Partnership has enhanced learning, changed perspectives and enriched lives in Los Moriscos.
During this week we'll show the whole school community our blog, publish the experiences of our hosts students about the meeting in Spain, show all our visitors our Comenius corner, collaborate online through eTwinning, write to newspapers, do Euro quizes and webquests about the countries of our partners...We'll go on celebrating Los Moriscos are Comenius!
